The ERAGREASE SE/PHV  is one of a new generation lubricant greases issued from recent development of technology and process.  Compared  to  Complex  greases,  Diurea   thickened  products  last  twice  as  long  or  more  at  high temperature and  perform better under severe environnment conditions in presence of water, vibrations and high shear.

With its additive package, the ERAGREASE SE/PHV  meets severe requirements of high temperature life, water resistance, corrosion protection, antiwear properties and load capacities. Naturally adhesive to metal surfaces, this grease is additionnaly miscible and compatible with almost all other type of lubricants. Properties of the thickener combined with a high viscosity base oil provides a thick lubricating film which is very helpful especially in boundary lubrication.

 Greases are intended for the lubricatıon of mechanisms in severe operating conditions, such as the lubrication of steel continous castıng where the continuous action of:

•             High service temperature.

•             High ferrostatic pressures.

•             Big quantity of cooling water.

•             High contamination with metallic oxides, hard particles, metal foils etc.

•             Long centralized systems.

Temperature range from - 20 to + 200°C.
